The Muppets have been on fire in popularity this week with their version of Queen's Bohemian Rhapsody. In the week it's been up, it's reached nearly 8 million views. www.youtube.com/watch?v=tgbNymZ7vqYThe Muppets have been uploading a lot of online material on youtube and disney.com, and it has included some really funny stuff, and some characters have made comebacks after years of not being used. It's great to know that the Muppets do indeed still have that spark, and that they are potentially being introduced to a new audience in a way that they don't have to use *insert flavor of the month Disney Channel star* as a crutch. They are above that.

Pretty cool! I love how they mixed the classics like Scooter and Dr. Teeth and the Newscaster among others who haven't appeared in years alongside the newer muppets like Johnny Fiama, Bobo the bear, and Pepe the prawn. In which they as far as I know have never been used together before. (Except for the Muppet Robin hood graphic novel but that doesn't count) It's just so nostaligic. Hopefully this will give the muppets the "true" comeback they greatly deserve.
