It's time to talk about Disney's 5th feature film. In this film, Walt Disney told of an elephant that had unusually large ears. Because of this, he was teased and treated as an outcast. After his mother is locked up for trying to protect him, Dumbo finds a friend in Timothy Q. Mouse. After accidentally becoming intoxicated one night, Timothy and Dumbo find that they've ended up in a tree. With the help of a flock of crows, Dumbo learns he can fly. He uses his unique ability to become the star of the circus with his own private train car for him and his mother. This film marks the debut of Disney Legend Sterling Holloway, who provides the voice of the stork that delivers Dumbo. Verna Felton also makes her Disney debut as the elephant matriarch. Jim Crow is played by Cliff Edwards, who also voiced Jiminy Cricket.
